Stuffed Chicken with Bliss Point Aged Graviera with Thyme

Elevate your everyday table with tender stuffed chicken and Bliss Point aged graviera with thyme. An aromatic, refined recipe full of flavor.


🧾 Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 4 chicken breast fillets

  • 200 g Bliss Point aged graviera with thyme, grated

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 100 ml white wine (optional, for deglazing)

  • 50 g butter

  • A few drops of fresh lemon juice

  • Toothpicks or kitchen twine, for securing


👩‍🍳 Instructions

Prepare the filling

  1. In a bowl, combine the grated Bliss Point graviera, garlic, Dijon mustard, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.

Stuff the chicken

  1. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into the side of each chicken fillet without slicing all the way through.

  2. Fill each fillet with the graviera mixture and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine to prevent the filling from escaping.

Sear

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.

  2. Sauté the stuffed chicken fillets for 3–4 minutes per side, until nicely golden.

Deglaze & cook

  1. Deglaze the pan with the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate for 1–2 minutes.

  2. Add the butter and gently swirl the pan until melted, coating the chicken.

  3. Finish with a few drops of lemon juice for freshness and balance.

Finish cooking

  1. Lower the heat and simmer gently until the chicken is cooked through and tender inside.


🍽 Serving Suggestions

Serve with mashed potatoes or creamy cauliflower purée, alongside a light green salad or roasted vegetables.
Sprinkle a little extra grated graviera over the chicken just before serving for an even richer cheese flavor.

Pair with a chilled Assyrtiko or an aromatic Moschofilero, whose freshness and acidity perfectly balance the richness of the aged graviera and butter.
