Aged graviera with wild garlic is produced in Crete and contains mostly sheep milk and a little goat’s from selected breeds of mountainous Crete.
A unique cheese combined with wild garlic. The garlic provides a special mediterranean taste to the cheese and the final outcome is a very tasty graviera. Wild garlic is beneficial for the health as it contains a lot of salutary ingredients. Even with the exceptionally high sulfur content, it is naturally odorless after consumption. Makes an ideal combination with white wine Vilana, sweet pepper, wholegrain bread and salad. Available in mini graviera 400gr, and in fix weight package of 125g.
