Aromatic Brunch with Scrambled Eggs & Bliss Point Black Truffle Graviera

A refined idea for a special brunch with scrambled eggs and Bliss Point aged Greek graviera infused with aromatic black truffle.

This recipe is sure to impress! Easy, quick, and effective — it looks complex, but it really isn’t (at all!).


🧾 Ingredients

(for 4 sandwiches)

  • 8 slices of bread of your choice

  • 8 large eggs

  • 2 avocados

  • 125 g Bliss Point aged graviera with black truffle, grated

  • 1–2 sprigs fresh thyme

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • 3–4 tsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2–3 radishes, thinly sliced

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Toast the bread in a sandwich press or oven. Brush lightly with olive oil on both sides.

  2. In a large bowl, add the eggs, grated Bliss Point black truffle graviera, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.

  4. Pour in the egg mixture and immediately begin stirring gently with a wooden spatula.

  5. Continue stirring until the eggs are cooked but still soft and creamy. Remove from the heat.

  6. Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and slice thinly (or grate). Arrange them over the toasted bread.

  7. Season the avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper.

  8. Spoon the scrambled eggs generously on top.

  9. Add extra grated Bliss Point black truffle graviera for more aroma and indulgence.

  10. Garnish with finely chopped thyme, freshly ground black pepper, 2–3 radish slices, and a few drops of olive oil.

  11. Serve immediately.
