Produced in Crete, cave aged graviera, as the name indicates it has a special way of aging in caves.

Black truffle graviera is produced in Viotia and contains exclusively sheep milk from selected breeds of the area and black truffle collected in the mountains of Chalkidiki.

San Michali cheese is produced exclusively in the island of Siros. It contains only cow’s milk collected from local breeds of the island as this provides the production process as a Protected Designation of Origin.

A unique graviera in red wine from Crete. It is made mostly with sheep milk, giving a rich flavor while its uniqueness is based in the amazing combination of cheese and wine that offers a charming effect.

Unique product based on the combination of buttery and aromatic dry cream cheese with red wine. With a special recipe based on an original idea, dry anthotyros is baptized in lees from xinomavro and acquires unique texture and wine aromas.

The magic of the cheeses produced worldwide, and specifically the Greek ones, is that they enclose flavors and aromas of each place. Siros island graviera, takes us to the cosmopolitan island of Siros which is produced exclusively from cow’s milk collected from selected herds on the island.

Aged graviera with 4 peppers is produced in Crete and contains mostly sheep milk and a little goat’s from selected breeds of mountainous Crete.

Aged graviera with thyme is produced in Crete containing mostly sheep milk and a little goat’s from selected breeds of mountainous Crete.

Aged graviera with wild garlic is produced in Crete and contains mostly sheep milk and a little goat’s from selected breeds of mountainous Crete.

The Aegean Smoked Kefalotyri is an exceptional quality cheese and is produced from goat’s milk in the heart of the Aegean. Contains fresh Greek milk collected from herds that graze freely on the island of Ios.

CYAN Cheese is the first Greek blue cheese and is produced from goat’s milk. It contains fresh goat’s milk collected from herds that graze freely in the mountains of Central Macedonia.

Goniani is the delicious traditional Cretan soft white cheese, that we wanted to put a special touch, so we added aromatic Greek black truffle.
