🧾 Ingredients

(serves 3)

400 g Bliss Point Kyano (blue cheese)

100 g cream cheese

2 pears

3–4 tsp fig jam

A handful of walnuts

A handful of cashews

1 pomegranate

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Cut the pears into small cubes.

In a large bowl, combine the pears with the cream cheese and Bliss Point Kyano, mixing until smooth and well blended.

Add the nuts and the fig jam.
Mix well and shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
Roll the cheese balls in the pomegranate seeds.
Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
