Aged Graviera with Wild Garlic

Aged graviera with wild garlic is produced in Crete and contains mostly sheep milk and a little goat’s from selected breeds of mountainous Crete.

A unique cheese combined with wild garlic. The garlic provides a special mediterranean taste to the cheese and the final outcome is a very tasty graviera.

Wild garlic is beneficial for the health as it contains a lot of salutary ingredients. Even with the exceptionally high sulfur content, it is naturally odorless after consumption.
