🧾 Ingredients
(serves 2)
6 large or medium white mushrooms
1 garlic clove
125 g Bliss Point aged graviera with black truffle
1 white onion
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Remove the stems from the mushrooms, finely chop them, and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté the garlic and onion for 1–2 minutes, until fragrant.
Add the chopped mushroom stems and sauté for about 5 minutes, until softened.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, stirring well.
Cut half of the aged graviera into small cubes and grate the remaining half using a coarse grater.
Place the mushroom caps on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Fill each mushroom with the sautéed mushroom mixture.
Add the graviera cubes on top of the filling.
Cover with the grated graviera.
Bake for 20 minutes, until golden and melted.
