Syros Graviera takes us straight to the Aegean and the feeling of summer.
It is produced exclusively from cow’s milk collected from selected herds on the island of Syros.
Following a traditional recipe, this graviera ages slowly for 8 months under ideal conditions, developing its distinctive, well-known flavor and its wonderful aromatic profile.

Dressing

Olive oil (2 tsp)

Apple cider vinegar (1 tsp)

In a large salad bowl, combine the arugula, walnuts, and grapes.

Scatter the Syros Graviera Bliss Point, cut into triangular pieces, over the salad.

Blend the dressing ingredients in a food processor until well combined.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
