Summer Salad with Grapes & Bliss Point Syros Graviera

Syros Graviera takes us straight to the Aegean and the feeling of summer.
It is produced exclusively from cow’s milk collected from selected herds on the island of Syros.

Following a traditional recipe, this graviera ages slowly for 8 months under ideal conditions, developing its distinctive, well-known flavor and its wonderful aromatic profile.

🧾 Ingredients

(for a large salad, serves 2)

  • Fresh arugula (1 bag)

  • Sweet red grapes (1 bunch)

  • Bliss Point Syros Graviera, cut into pieces (as much as you like)

  • Walnuts (10–13 halves)

  • Croutons (as desired)

Dressing

  • Olive oil (2 tsp)

  • Honey (1 tsp)

  • Apple cider vinegar (1 tsp)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the arugula, walnuts, and grapes.

  2. Scatter the Syros Graviera Bliss Point, cut into triangular pieces, over the salad.

  3. Blend the dressing ingredients in a food processor until well combined.

  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.

  5. Toss gently to combine.


🍽 Serving Suggestion

Serve with crunchy rusks or toasted bread bites on the side for extra texture.
